How to Add Customer Message During Stock Adjustment?
Note: Adding message to customer can be done while adjusting stock levels in a warehouse. The message written will act as an instruction or a note to the warehouse managers or management team.
Step 1: To adjust stock levels, go to ‘Stock Controls’ and select ‘Manage Stock Adjustment’ submenu
Step 2: Click the ‘New Stock Adjustments’ button at the top right corner of the webpage
Step 3: Provide all the necessary details like ‘Warehouse’, ‘Reason’, ‘Quantity’ of the stock to be adjusted.
In the ‘Message to Customer’ input text field, you can write special messages to the warehouse management team / manager / personnel providing a detailed description for the adjustment or give special instructions as well.
Now, click the ‘Save’ button.
