How to Add Message to a Customer?

Note: Messages to customers can be added while creating a sales order.

Step 1: To add a message to customer, go to ‘Orders’ menu and click ‘Sales Order’ submenu.


Step 2: Click the ‘Place Order’ button at the top right corner of the webpage.


Step 3: A new window with various fields will appear.

After providing the necessary order details like customer name, products etc., you’ll be able to find a input textbox near the ‘Total Units’ part.


Here, you can add messages to customer informing them about payments, shipment date or anything else you want to convey.
