How to Email a Purchase Order?
Step 1: To email a purchase order, go to ‘Orders’ menu and select ‘Purchase Order’ submenu.
The list of purchase orders will appear.
Step 2: Click the Purchase Order ID which you want to mail.
Step 3: In the window that appears, click the email icon denoted by an envelope.
Step 4: A pop up will appear showing the list of recipients for emailing the purchase order. Select the recipients and click ‘Send’
