How to Update Order Status?

Note: Only the orders which are in pending status (which are not finalized) can be updated.

Step 1: To update an order status, go to ‘Orders’ menu and select ‘Sales Order’ submenu.


Step 2: The list of all existing orders will appear. Click the ‘Order ID’ of the order for which you want to updates the status.


Step 3: In the ‘Order ID’ section, you can click the ‘Finalized’ button next to the ‘Clone Order’ icon.


The order will now be finalized and you’ll be able to create shipments for the sales order and create invoices for the sales order.
