How to Invite Customers to Your B2B Portal ?

You can invite customers to B2B Portal via Contalog’s backend console using the following 4 steps.

Step 1: To invite customers, go to Contalog and select ‘Customers’ menu and submenu of the same name.


Step 2: A list of all existing customers will appear. Select the customer you want to invite by clicking on their name.


Step 3: A new window with appropriate customer information will appear. Click the ‘Edit’ icon at the top right corner of the webpage.


Step 4: Customer information window will appear. At the ‘General Information’ section, find ‘Invite for B2B Portal’ option and click the checkbox. Click ‘Save’ and you’re done.


Note: The customer will now receive an invite via email along with B2B URL and login credentials to start using your B2B portal.
